Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the development and operation of MES solutions.
• Experience in automation within high-tech industries such as solar and semiconductors.
• Proficiency in MES software (e.g., Miracom MESPlus, LG CNS EzMES, ThiraUtech OpenMES, Wonderware, Siemens SIMATIC IT, Rockwell FactoryTalk).
• High understanding of equipment communication protocols (SEMI standard, OPC, PLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement MES Functions to optimize manufacturing processes and improve production efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations within manufacturing operations.
• Integrate MES with ERP, PLCs, AMR, and other systems for seamless data flow.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES applications.
• Develop training materials and documentation for MES processes and systems.
• Lead MES and PI projects, ensuring timely delivery within budgets.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and IT teams to align MES initiatives.
