Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) seeks a MES Engineer to design, implement, and sustain the Manufacturing Execution System across multiple facilities. You will analyze production processes, configure MES software, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.

This role requires strong manufacturing systems expertise, problem‑solving, and hands‑on experience with MES‑related technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year or more of experience in Manufacturing Systems.
Experience supporting manufacturing-related applications, databases, or system integrations.
Understanding of manufacturing operations and production support activities.

Responsibilities

System Implementation and Integration: support deployment, validation, and stabilization of manufacturing IT systems across plants.
Coordinate system integrations between MES and ERP, PLCs, and automation environments.
Operate and monitor MES and related applications, ensuring data integrity and availability.
Troubleshoot incidents and conduct root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, workflow optimization, and system enhancements.
Create documentation, training, and hand‑offs for MES users and operators.
