FIXX Energy in Smyrna, TN seeks a Manufacturing Business Architect to lead DELMIA Apriso MES across U.S. operations. You will drive integration with SAP, PLC/SCADA, and building/factory systems while advancing AI-enabled analytics and predictive maintenance.

The role requires 5+ years with DELMIA Apriso, MES leadership, and strong cross‑functional collaboration, reporting to the Sr. IT Manager in a hybrid, U.S.-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing Execution Systems with focus on DELMIA Apriso.
• Experience with factory/building management systems.
• Experience handling large datasets and applying AI in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES for DELMIA Apriso; ensure uptime and escalation of production incidents.
• Plan, design, configure and deploy DELMIA Apriso MES across plants.
• Integrate SAP, PLC/SCADA, and data systems for IT/OT alignment.
• Develop training, documentation, and change management materials.
• Drive analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking for manufacturing ops.
