You will partner with Sales, Product, and partners while mentoring others and delivering reusable assets. This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and impactful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy from discovery through activation with clear next steps and prioritized actions.
• Run deep, tailored technical discovery; map workflows, requirements, constraints, risks, and success metrics.
• Translate merchant goals into solution architectures balancing native Shopify capabilities with extensions.
• Design and deliver executive-ready demos, presentations, and workshops showing measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Account Executives, Solution Partners, and internal teams to define implementation approaches and rollout plans.
• Translate feedback into product insights and drive improvements to win in a competitive market.
• Deepen knowledge of Shopify's platform, ecosystem, and commerce landscape to better serve merchants.
• Travel: Up to 25% for meetings, offsites, and events.
