Job summary

NowPay LLC, based in Los Angeles, seeks a Payment Solutions Consultant to drive new business in merchant services and payment processing across the United States. You will manage inbound/outbound sales, conduct merchant consultations, and close processing agreements with businesses.

The role requires experience in merchant services, SaaS/fintech sales, and strong relationship-building skills. Travel for client meetings and events is expected; attractive bonus potential accompanies base pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in merchant services, payment processing, and fintech space.
• Understanding of credit card processing, ACH processing, POS systems, processing fees, merchant underwriting processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Develop new merchant opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Present customized payment solutions and negotiatepricing.
• Close new merchant accounts and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with underwriting, risk, operations, and support to onboard merchants smoothly.
• Travel as needed to meet with merchants and partners.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast sales, and generate performance reports.
