Job summary

Opportunities at Towne is seeking a detailed and proactive administrative partner to support the Merchant Service Advisor team in onboarding new business and in ongoing relationship management. You will assist with documentation, reporting, and sales support materials while ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy.

The role involves coordinating documentation, maintaining records, and supporting a fast-paced sales environment with cross‑department collaboration and PowerPoint preparation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office; Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Canva or a similar system experience.
• Associate’s degree and/or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Merchant Service Advisors to prepare, review, and process merchant services documentation, including contract details for new merchant relationships and maintenance updates for existing services.
• Assist the Director of Merchant Services with monthly reporting, data analysis and research, sales promotion materials, and other administrative or departmental initiatives.
• Maintain pipelines tracking vendor proposal requests, relationship updates, and application activity.
• Create, update and maintain forms and documents using Adobe Acrobat/PDF tools.
• Coordinate delivery and processing of maintenance and update documentation for merchant members.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and other sales support materials.
• Take ownership of follow-up activities and resolution of issues escalated to the MSA, collaborating with Support and other internal departments as necessary.
