Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Ability to navigate through a start-up company environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, interpersonal skills, customer orientation, team interaction, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills required.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact mostly warm leads to sell NowPay’s payment processing services including merchant accounts for credit, debit and ACH processing, plus hardware and software.
• Analyze merchant statements, pricing, hardware, and software to determine business needs and offer appropriate products and services.
• Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals to prospective merchants.
• Prepare merchant agreements and explain cost-saving solutions to business owners.
• Build relationships with current merchants and manage sales pipeline.
• Assist merchants through onboarding and activation; coordinate with operations for a seamless transition.
• Respond to merchant inquiries via email and phone; document results and troubleshoot hardware/software questions.
