The role involves engaging warm leads, presenting proposals, preparing merchant agreements, and coordinating onboarding with operations.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Ability to navigate through a start‑up company environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, interpersonal skills, customer orientation, team interaction, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills required.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tool.
• Understanding of card brand rules and regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads to sell NowPay’s payment processing services and hardware/software.
• Analyze merchant statements, pricing, hardware, and software to determine business needs.
• Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals to prospective merchants.
• Prepare merchant agreements and explain cost-saving solutions to business owners.
• Manage sales pipeline and maintain records; build relationships with current merchants.
• Assist merchants through onboarding, activation, and liaison with operations.
