NowPay LLC, part of the Hankey Group family, is seeking a motivated Payment Solutions Consultant in Los Angeles, CA. You will generate new business, handle merchant consultations, close processing agreements, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in merchant services, payment processing, and fintech space.
• Understanding of credit card processing, ACH processing, POS systems, processing fees, merchant underwriting processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Existing network of business owners, referral partners, or industry contacts a plus.

Responsabilités

• New Business Development: Prospect new merchant opportunities and manage outbound/cold leads, inbound leads, and sales demos.
• Merchant Consultation & Sales: Analyze processing solutions and present customized options (credit card, ACH, gateways, POS, recurring billing, e‑commerce).
• Relationship Management: Coordinate with underwriting, risk, operations and support; nurture merchant relationships and referrals.
• Travel & Industry Representation: In-person meetings with merchants and partners; travel as needed.
• Sales Administration: Maintain CRM data, forecast and report on pipeline and results; stay updated on industry trends.
