Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Columbus, OH seeks a detail-oriented Merchant Services Account Manager to join our Commercial and Large Account team. You will oversee day-to-day merchant relationships, ensure accurate processing, and support the Relationship Manager to drive client satisfaction and retention.

The role requires collaboration with product, operations, risk, and compliance teams, onboarding new merchants, and producing reports while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years experience in merchant services, payments, financial services, or account/client support roles.
• 10+ years experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• 10+ years experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operational support for merchant relationships and accurate processing.
• Partner with Merchant Services Relationship Manager on strategic initiatives.
• Serve as primary client service contact and resolve issues.
• Onboard new merchants and maintain ongoing account documentation.
• Collaborate with product, operations, risk, and compliance teams.
• Prepare reports and performance data for reviews and recommendations.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure data integrity.
• Travel occasionally to support client meetings.
