Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Merchant Services Account Manager for its Commercial and Large Account team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, onboard and support merchant relationships, and partner with the Relationship Manager on strategic initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience with merchant services, CRM tools, and MS Office. You will collaborate across product, operations, risk, and compliance to ensure accurate, timely service and strong client

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.
10+ years experience in merchant services, payments, financial services, or account/client support roles.
10+ years experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
10+ years experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Day-to-day operational support for commercial and large account merchant relationships.
Partner with the Merchant Services Relationship Manager on strategic initiatives.
Serve as primary client service contact and resolve issues promptly.
Onboard and maintain merchant accounts with accurate pricing and configurations.
Collaborate with product, operations, risk and compliance teams.
Prepare account reporting, transaction summaries and performance data.
Maintain CRM and internal records with data integrity.
Identify service gaps to support client retention.
Occasional travel to support client meetings.
