We are seeking a problem-solver who can own root-cause investigations, configure merchant setups with speed and accuracy, and drive automation to improve team efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in technical support or operations with a track record of finding root causes across multiple systems.
• Comfort with data, SQL is a plus, and proficiency in AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
• Clear communication and a habit of automating repetitive work in a lean, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Configure merchant setups for loyalty, apps, and online ordering with speed and accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve issues by taking escalations and providing clear bug reports to Engineering.
• Monitor location health, manage card network enrollment, and build automations to improve team efficiency.
