Responsibilities

• Analyze merchant segmentation, fulfillment data, and logistics usage to identify growth opportunities.
• Interview and synthesize merchant feedback to diagnose pain points and blockers.
• Design and execute growth strategies, activation, and education campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Product, Logistics, and Business Development teams.
• Build dashboards, track metrics, and report updates for leadership.
