Job summary

TikTok is seeking a graduate to join the FBT Seller Growth Central Strategy Team in Seattle. This role focuses on defining goals, coordinating cross-functional support, and driving merchant growth and fulfillment solutions within TikTok Shop.

You will work with logistics, governance, marketing and other teams to align priorities and resources, and you should be prepared to onboard by year-end. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree related to logistics/supply chain or analytics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields; coursework or projects in logistics or analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data to identify patterns and insights.
• Self-driven, fast-learning, collaborative with execution capability and eagerness to grow.
• Basic understanding of Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Goal setting and tracking: define and break down business goals for the seller operations team and establish tracking.
• Cross-functional collaboration: build collaboration with logistics, industry teams, and other functions.
• Team enablement and efficiency: improve BD/AM efficiency through productization, reporting, and training.
• Project management: own and drive key strategic initiatives end to end and resolve bottlenecks.
• Onboarding: candidates must commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.
