Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate, Strategy & Operations for In Store Rewards to act as the merchant's day-to-day partner for ensuring success on the program. You will report to the Manager, In-Store Strategy and Operations and build reporting, onboard new merchants, and scope tests to drive incremental volume.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales to scale the In Store experience and turn insights into action across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a merchant-facing Account Manager or Strategy & Ops generalist handling reporting, onboarding, and experiments end-to-end.
• Proven track record delivering tangible outcomes and moving metrics.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain merchant-facing and internal reporting on performance and health.
• Guide new merchants through onboarding to ramp quickly.
• Scope and run tests that drive incremental volume.
• Turn results into actionable insights for the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales to scale the In Store experience.
