Job summary

FFB Bank in California seeks a Merchant Relationship Manager to sell merchant services and grow the client base in the assigned territory. You will collaborate with lenders, branch staff, and tellers to generate referrals and deliver tailored banking solutions.

You will manage a portfolio, lead full sales lifecycle, and respond to client needs while upholding TRAC values. Willingness to travel up to 75% and perform AML responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of related banking or financial services experience.
• Proven ability to cross-sell and explain all products and services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking and meetings.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients to drive long-term business.
• Uses CRM to track interactions and manage pipeline.
• Leads full sales lifecycle from prospecting to funding.
