Job summary

FFB Bank is seeking a results‑driven Merchant Relationship Manager to grow our merchant services portfolio. You will prospect new leads, partner with lenders and branch staff, and deliver tailored payment solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.

In this role you will manage the full sales cycle, respond to referrals, and use CRM tools to track activity. The position offers incentive opportunities beyond base compensation and requires occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of related banking experience.
• Strong cross-selling and advisory capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Understanding of commercial banking products and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients to drive long-term business.
• Uses CRM systems to track interactions and manage pipeline.
• Develops and manages a portfolio by identifying financial needs and delivering banking solutions.
• Leads the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to funding.
