Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales and/or relationship management, quota-bearing.
• Ability to identify problems and craft merchant-focused solutions.
• Experience developing professional relationships over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Retain merchant relationships by delivering best-in-class service.
• Grow merchant use by driving adoption of GreenSky’s solutions.
• Activate new merchant partners through onboarding and targeted outreach.
• Provide timely merchant support including pricing requests and underwriting questions.
