Job summary

GreenSky LLC, headquartered in Atlanta, is seeking a Partner Programs Manager to drive activation, growth, and retention for sponsor and channel partner programs. You will coordinate launches with sales, marketing, and partners while increasing merchant adoption of GreenSky’s financing solutions.

The role requires building strong relationships, managing programs, and delivering monthly performance reviews. Hybrid work in Sandy Springs, GA with competitive base salary + commission.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or similar required.
• 3-5+ years sales or relationship management experience, channel/partner program focus preferred.
• Experience in quota-bearing roles and driving partner outcomes.
• Ability to build professional relationships over phone and web meetings.
• Ability to coordinate marketing programs with large organizations.
• Experience leading web-based client presentations and trainings.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
• Experience in construction or consumer finance a plus.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate new and existing partner program launches with field sales, marketing and channel partners.
• Drive loan volume by expanding use of GreenSky solutions across partner networks.
• Proactively engage to prevent partner or merchant attrition and conduct monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Provide timely support to partners and merchants including pricing requests and underwriting questions.
• Collaborate with the Partner Programs Director on contracts and program efficiency.
• Prepare monthly reports on program results and gaps for stakeholders.
• Coordinate sponsor events and trainings with GreenSky trainers.
