Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to own merchant activation and consumer growth initiatives. You will lead the strategy, leverage data and AI-driven insights, and collaborate with engineering to rapidly iterate and launch high-impact experiences.

You should have 5+ years in Digital Product Management, strong SQL skills, and a track record of driving growth through retention and activation. This role offers remote eligibility and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 5 years of Digital Product Management experience, 2+ years consumer-facing.
At least 3 years of SQL for data analysis and product monitoring.
At least 2 years driving Product Growth (acquisition, activation, retention).
5+ years in a high growth startup tech environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and development of consumer reward experiences to maximize early adoption and long-term retention.
Build data-driven, cross-channel product journeys using user insights.
Collaborate with engineering to iteratively build, test (A/B), and launch optimized experiences.
Own business case, prioritization, and monitoring with dashboards and models to guide investments.
