Job summary

Earned is seeking a Manager, Growth Activation to play a critical execution and leadership role in integrating newly acquired firms and activating growth across the Earned platform. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and partners closely with Corporate Development, Client Development, Marketing, Operations, Product/Technology, Finance, HR, and leaders at newly acquired firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical capabilities with metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Translate investment theses into clear, measurable activation goals for acquired firms.
• Build relationships with sellers, firm leaders, and Relationship Managers to share ownership of growth outcomes.
• Lead onboarding and enablement of client-facing teams to drive adoption of Earned offerings.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to achieve ramp and stabilization for acquisitions.
• Design analytics and reporting to track activation progress and value creation.
