Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and ensure merchandise is on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of backroom and store area.
• Promote customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Follow safety, labor, and program policies.
