Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a store team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced HomeGoods environment.

You will train and mentor Associates, organize back stock, uphold signage and safety standards, and collaborate with management to meet store goals. The position requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required
• 6 months leadership experience
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards

• Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment
