Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods is seeking a store team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure a positive customer experience. You will work with Associates to maintain clean, organized sales floors and follow processes for tagging, stocking, and replenishment.

Responsibilities include training peers, driving efficient flow of goods, and supporting health and safety standards while promoting company programs. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and maintain efficient workflow.
• Provide excellent customer experience through engagement.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, coding and stock organization.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
