Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure associates process efficiently
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store
• Model exceptional customer service and communicate priorities to the team
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and accurately coded
• Coordinate with management to maintain flow of goods to the sales floor
• Promote safety, store standards, and loss prevention practices
• Support and participate in store goals and programs
