Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods is seeking a store team member responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will train and mentor staff, maintain tagging and stock organization, and support management with priority execution. Qualified candidates are able to work nights and weekends, communicate effectively, multitask well, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and leading teams is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in direction.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise; coordinate with management on priorities.
