Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and handle fixtures.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to execute product presentations per directives and brand standards.
• Assist with inbound deliveries and ensure product readiness.
• Manage signage, pricing changes, and planograms adherence.
• Plan weekly workload and determine labor hours.
• Support onboarding and ongoing associate development.
• Enhance customer experience through stock replenishment and store recovery.
