Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and drive store objectives and key metrics.
• Lead team to execute product presentations and planograms per brand standards.
• Guide team in selling, signs, price changes, and back-of-house organization for efficiency.
• Communicate daily goals and tasks; foster team knowledge and growth.
• Participate in leadership meetings to plan merchandising and pricing work.
