The position contributes to omni and operations efforts, collaborates with multiple teams, and supports store objectives with a focus on performance metrics and positive store culture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and move equipment up to 500 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and Windows operating systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and drive store objectives and key metrics.
• Lead the team in product presentations and ensure alignment with planograms and brand standards.
• Prepare signs and monitor daily promotional updates and price changes.
• Communicate daily goals and tasks to the team; foster knowledge sharing.
• Plan labor hours using manifests, planograms, and directives to manage workload.
