Job summary

Belk is seeking a Merchandising Team Manager to lead a team in executing store operations, merchandising, and facilities to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. The role collaborates with operations, visual merchandising, and selling teams to keep planograms, signage, and pricing consistent and accurate.

You will oversee inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory, and store fulfillment while planning labor needs and guiding coaching conversations to develop associates.

Qualifications

• Requires strong analytics, judgment, and decision-making to drive store profitability.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach and develop others.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandising, store operations, and facilities to deliver strong customer experience.
• Lead back-of-house and front-of-house tasks, including deliveries, replenishment, pricing, and signage.
• Collaborate with selling and visual teams to maintain planograms and presentations.
• Plan weekly leadership workload; forecast receipts and labor hours using planning tools.
• Coach and develop associates, drive engagement, and sustain a culture of excellence.
