Job summary

Belk is seeking a Merchandising Team Lead to drive sales by creating attractive product presentations, accurate signage, and well-merchandised layouts. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around store areas and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull equipment up to 500 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Lead team in product presentations, planograms, and brand standards.
• Coordinate sale sets and price changes with signage and daily updates.
• Communicate daily goals and develop team knowledge and skills.
• Participate in weekly leadership planning to align labor with forecasts.
• Support onboarding and associate development to grow merchandising capability.
• Foster a positive store culture and celebrate associate achievements.
• Assist in-stock replenishment and store coverage to enhance the customer experience.
• Lead fulfillment and asset-protection initiatives following omni and operations processes.
