Job summary

Belk is seeking a Merchandising Team Lead to drive compelling product presentations, manage floor sets, signage, pricing changes, and visual standards. You will lead the team to deliver excellent customer experiences and support omni, operations, and selling teams.

In this hourly role, you’ll coach associates, plan weekly workloads, monitor planograms, and ensure timely updates to promotions while maintaining safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Ownership, accountability, initiative to achieve store objectives
• Ability to lead team in product presentations, planograms, signage and pricing changes
• Strong communication to set daily goals and tasks
• Comfort with technology and Windows-based devices
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead team to execute product presentations and floor sets
• Ensure signage, pricing, and planograms align with brand standards
• Assist with inbound deliveries and stock readiness
• Prepare and update promotional signage for daily updates
• Plan and coordinate labor hours using manifests and directives
• Support onboarding and develop associate knowledge and performance
• Drive associate engagement and foster a positive store culture
• Support customer experience through stock replenishment and store recovery
• Lead omni and operations processes in designated areas while following safety protocols
