Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted.
• Manages the entire process of opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Oversees daily activities of all store associates, ensuring duties are performed effectively and with good customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service; executes the market plan per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity process is followed.
