Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted.
• Manages opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Helps oversee daily activities of store associates and training of staff.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
