• Manages store opening/closing processes, including cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance and customer service.
• Executes market plan by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures execution of Inventory Integrity process.
