Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced retail manager in the United States to oversee daily store operations, inventory placement, and promotional displays. You will supervise associates, train staff, and ensure excellent customer service to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and promotions per corporate resets and seasonal updates.
• Opens/closes the store, securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms for smooth daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance and service quality.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines and maintains Inventory Integrity.
