Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Merchandise Manager (Full-Time) for the Southlake, TX area. You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and maintaining visual standards.

This role requires strong workload planning and inventory management to ensure a customer-ready store. You will assist leadership, manage SOP adherence, pricing changes, and in-store promotions while leading a team through training and performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience implementing SOPs and company programs.
• Able to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Lead truck processing and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and backroom.
