• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and company programs.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, timely promotions, and clean store presentation.
• Lead truck unloading, merchandising sets, and in-stock optimization.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards across departments.
• Manage inventory control, price changes, and Ship-from-Store fulfillment.
• Train and develop team members, focusing on operations and customer service.
