Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds with/without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure SOPs and company programs are followed and store conditions meet standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards, ensuring timely promotions and pricing accuracy.
• Manage inventory control, backroom organization, and stock movement to support in-stock levels.
