Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Merchandising Manager for the DFW-KELLER, TX area to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through workload planning, inventory management, and strong leadership of the store team.

You will lead with a focus on in-stock optimization, planogram accuracy, and retail

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOPs and Company program adherence.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Oversee truck unloading, replenishment, and store flow.
• Execute Planogram (POG) and visual standards accurately.
• Maintain in-stock levels via Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team; strengthen Asset Protection practices.
