Responsibilities

• Lead and support store leadership to ensure SOPs and company programs are followed.
• Oversee truck execution, planograms, pricing, and promotional execution.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs/ASNs, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach team members and maintain visual merchandising standards.
