Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Texas (Spring area) is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution. You will ensure a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

• Experience in store operations and merchandising.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines and planogram execution.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, shrink reduction, and stock movements.
• Oversee ad sets, pricing changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
