Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram execution.
• Maintain pricing integrity and timely promotional execution.
• Ensure a clean, customer-ready store environment and strong service standards.
• Manage Store-In-Stock Optimization and replenishment accuracy.
• Lead visual merchandising standards and backroom organization.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction initiatives.
