Michaels Fort Wayne store seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and pricing accuracy. You will ensure a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

With 3+ years in retail leadership, you will lead truck execution, planogram compliance, visual standards, and promotional execution, while coaching staff and maintaining store standards.

• Strong planning and team development skills

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and floor flow.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotions.
• Coordinate workload planning with store leadership.
• Manage in-stock optimization and replenishment accuracy.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain service standards.
• Support Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes.
• Uphold asset protection and shrink-reduction practices.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding.
