• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain floor leadership, service standards, and continuity of operations.
• Oversee truck execution, merchandising flow, and backroom organization for stock readiness.
• Execute planogram (POG) and visual merchandising standards; ensure timely price changes and signage.
• Coordinate Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving with inventory accuracy.
• Drive in-stock optimization through SISO routines and shrink reduction initiatives.
