• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Leadership in SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, stock flow, and merchandising to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness through routines.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, pricing changes, and ship-from-store fulfillment.
• Train and develop team members; support asset protection and shrink reduction.
