Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Own planogram sets and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store.
• Manage pricing integrity, promotions, and timely in-store execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and ensure store conditions meet standards.
• Oversee truck, stock movement, and backroom organization.
• Lead workload planning and staff scheduling in collaboration with leadership.
