Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an energetic team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring associates process efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll engage with shoppers and maintain a clean, organized store across TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and more.

You will train associates, organize back stock, and uphold signage, safety, and labor policies while partnering with management to meet store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandising processing
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing and coding of merchandise
• Ensures efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as needed
• Organizes back stock for replenishment
• Upholds signage standards and backroom cleanliness
• Supports safety, labor law compliance and store policies
• Participates in credit and loyalty programs
