Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will ensure an excellent customer experience, maintain organized stock, and train teammates on procedures to keep the flow of goods moving smoothly. You’ll join a diverse, collaborative team across TJ Maxx and other TJX brands, with opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Train and mentor Associates on procedures.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged and displayed.
• Coordinate with management to ensure priority tasks are completed.
