Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring to support receiving and merchandising operations. You will engage with customers, maintain store standards, and help train associates. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible hours, and a positive, fast-paced work environment across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient flow of merchandise to the floor.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and secured; rotate back stock as needed.
• Collaborate with management to meet store goals and prioritize tasks.
